Every action has an equal and opposite reaction

Today I realised the Newton’s 3rd Law in my official life. Our acts are closely monitored by others and every act towards our boss and others will replicate to us in a different way. My Suggestion, we need to be careful in every step especially talking or working closely with our immediate boss.
